Return & Exchange Overview

We understand that your purchase may not always meet expectations. We offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving the new item(s).
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original garment tags attached
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted

Fees and Eligibility

Return shipping will be complimentary for verified issues, including:
  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., fabric tearing, incorrect or missed stitching)
  • Production contamination
  • Incorrect items sent
For returns initiated for other reasons, return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
 
The following items are not eligible for cash refunds:
  • Gift cards and surprise boxes
  • All accessories, and final sale items
  • Orders paid using points-redeemed vouchers

Standard Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us. Email us at support@sunfere.com with the subject line: “Return Request: #XXXXXX (Your Order Number)”.
Step 2: Submit Your Request. Please provide the following information:
  • Item name or SKU
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • A clear photo showing the garment tag attached

Step 3: Get Return Instructions. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide the authorized return warehouse address.
Step 4: Ship Your Return & Share Tracking. Please do not send returns to the address on the shipping label. Kindly provide the corresponding tracking number to our team after shipping.
Please note: Returns without tracking information will require additional locating time and may delay the refund process.
Step 5: Inspection & Processing. After the returned parcel is received, please allow 7–10 business days for inspection and processing. If multiple items are included, the processing time may be extended.

Important Notes

  • We have return warehouses located in the USA, UK, Australia, and Germany
  • To help resolve your issue faster, please always ship your return to the authorized address provided by our team.
  • Please do NOT send your return to the address shown on the shipping label/waybill, as this is a parcel transit hub and not our designated return facility. Returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed or refunded.
  • Please note that initiating a dispute may halt the refund process, which could take up to 75 days to resolve. We kindly recommend contacting us first so we can assist you directly and reach a faster resolution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, stained, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help resolve your issue faster, please provide clear photos of:
  • The item(s) received
  • The outer packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The QC sticker on the zip bag
The more complete the information, the faster we can resolve your request.

Where is My Refund?

Refunds will be processed based on your original payment method (original shipping fee will be deducted).

Gift Card Store Credit Refund will be issued to your gift card account.
Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Klarna Option 1: Store Credit Full value of the returned item(s).
Option 2: Cash Refund Refund goes to your original payment account.

Refund Timeline

After we receive your return parcel, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. Please allow additional processing time, which may vary depending on your payment method and card issuer. Here are the estimated timescales for refunds:

Exchanges

We are pleased to offer exchanges for eligible items:
  • Each item is eligible for one exchange only
  • Exchanges are supported for items with a price difference within $5 USD; any price difference will be adjusted accordingly (you will be charged if the new item costs more, or refunded if it costs less)
  • Please note that exchanged item(s) will no longer be eligible for returns or further exchanges
To request an exchange, please follow Step 1 and Step 2 in the return process above.

Non-Defect Clarification

The following conditions are not considered defects:
  • Loose threads, raw edges, or fabric texture differences
  • Slight color variations due to lighting or screen display
  • Minor measurement differences due to design and manufacturing tolerance
  • Damage caused by wear, washing, improper care, alteration, or misuse
  • Personal preference issues such as style, fit, or comfort
