Failed Delivery Situation
Please note that there are some restrictions such that our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to certain addresses (and we understand that there's nothing worse than a lost package). So please be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number if you have one.
- We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.
- If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us atsupport@sunfere.comwith your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out, and as soon as possible.
- For certain countries or regions such as Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands, please allow 1-2 extra days for delivery.
